Director – Direct Hire Hospitality Staffing
Location: Denver Preferred (Remote Flexibility)
Comp: $85K–$110K Base + Uncapped Commission
Are you ready to create something from scratch and make your mark in the hospitality industry? Our client is looking for a high-impact player to launch and lead a brand-new Direct Hire division for a national hospitality staffing firm that’s earned deep trust in the industry.
This is your opportunity to step into an Executive Recruiter role with a clear path to build a team, own a P&L, and lead strategic conversations with hospitality clients nationwide—including one of the most recognized hotel brands in the world.
What You’ll Do:
- Build the direct hire function from the ground up.
- Recruit hospitality leadership talent (GMs, chefs, F&B, executive housekeepers).
- Partner with hotel leaders and internal stakeholders to grow revenue.
- Drive candidate experience, process excellence, and quality of hire.
- Align contingent and direct strategies under one brand.
Who You Are:
- You bring 5+ years of hospitality or recruiting experience.
- You’re a relationship builder, comfortable interacting with chefs, GMs, and senior leaders.
- You’re energized by launching new business lines and building scalable processes.
- You’re consultative, data-driven, and know how to influence internal teams and clients.
