Client Services Director, MSP – Educational Staffing
Compensation: $130–150K base + performance bonus
Reports to: CEO
Location: Hybrid (Phoenix Metro) or Fully Remote (U.S.)
About the Role:
Lead the creation of a new MSP program that helps schools and educational orgs manage contingent and contract talent. You’ll design, launch, and scale a vendor-neutral solution supporting roles in special education, therapy, and behavioral health.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and execute the overall MSP strategy and operations framework.
- Serve as the main client contact and ensure program success and satisfaction.
- Oversee requisitions, vendor coordination, and performance dashboards.
- Manage supplier onboarding, evaluation, and optimization.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and education-sector regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred).
- 7+ years managing MSP or contingent workforce programs.
- Experience in education, healthcare, or public-sector staffing a plus.
- Skilled in stakeholder management, analytics, and VMS/Workforce tech.
- CCWP, PMP, or similar certification preferred.
