Client Account Executive - IT Staffing - Alpharetta, GA
5+ years staffing industry experience required.
Will be in-office on Mondays, working remote Tues-Fri. Local travel to clients in ATL metro.

We’re hiring for a Client Account Executive to join a boutique IT staffing solutions company in the Atlanta metro.
What you will do:
- Inherit and stabilize key accounts.
- Understand firms' value proposition and delivery model.
- Develop trust and working rhythm with recruiters and clients.
- Expand existing accounts and reignite relationships with referral partners.
- Build repeatable success and develop new business.
- Onsite client visits to maintain partner relationships.
What we’re looking for:
- Minimum of 5 years experience managing enterprise level IT staffing solutions clients.
- Ability to manage 6-10 enterprise clients daily.
- Proven success of growing assigned client accounts.
- Proven success of closing new accounts/new business
- Must be local to Atlanta metro.
- Must have strong tenure with employers.
What you get:
- Base salary of $100,000 plus lucrative commission plan.
- Work remote 4 days per week, onsite on Mondays only.
- Flexible work schedule.
- Unlimited PTO.

After she was ready to make a change, Sue reached out to Robin to discuss her career search and after sharing what she was looking for, Robin suggested discussing an opportunity internally with MeeDerby. She has been with MeeDerby for nearly 7 years now and has risen to Associate Director where she manages a recruiting team and manages her own desk.
Sue is passionate about positivity and leading with heart and attacks all things in life with tenacity and speed. Sue is emphatically committed to her husband and two children. She is also passionate about weight lifting, hiking, and hot yoga. Sue loves to travel and has been to 36 states.
