Must have 10+ years staffing industry sales leadership sales and high volume staffing experience.

Strong knowledge of tech enabled marketplaces for temporary labor.

The Chief Sales Officer will lead and grow a National Sales Team, which includes Sales Managers across different markets. Primary responsibility is to drive new business revenue targets and foster a high-performing sales environment. This role demands a focus on building and nurturing client relationships nationwide, with an emphasis on achieving new business revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Team Leadership: Oversee, mentor, and grow the National Sales Team. Ensure that each Sales Manager is performing at a high level, supported by data-driven assessments and robust sales activity.
  • Relationship and Growth Focus: Develop and sustain new client relationships across the nation. Be the driving force in achieving our new business revenue targets through strategic relationship management and growth initiatives.
  • Client Acquisition and Retention: Play a pivotal role in acquiring new clients and retaining existing ones. Engage in pitching and nurturing relationships through regular travel and in-person meetings.Market Presence: Regularly visit markets to work closely with regional sales managers. Enhance market understanding and identify new opportunities for growth and expansion.
  • Performance Metrics: Monitor and measure team performance using data and sales metrics. Set clear targets and ensure the team's activities align with organizational revenue goals.
  • Travel and Engagement: Travel frequently to meet with new and existing clients. Dedicate time to understand their needs, perform pitches, and build lasting relationships.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience in national-level sales management, with a track record of leading high-performing sales teams.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Willingness and ability to travel extensively.
  • Strategic thinker with a goal-oriented mindset.
  • Self-motivated leader with a passion for driving business growth.
