The Opportunity:
As the Chief Growth Officer (CGO), you will lead the growth teams across Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing, shaping the company's strategy for hyper-growth. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will play a vital role in driving growth and achieving the company's expansion goals.
What you will do:
- Develop and execute a business development growth strategy with a focus on differentiated positioning of solutions in the market.
- Utilize your expertise in healthcare workforce management and tech-enabled services to drive growth and identify new client and partnership opportunities.
- Lead, manage, and evaluate the sales, marketing, and strategic client service teams.
- Develop and implement sales processes and operational metrics to drive scalability and growth.
What you need:
- Proven track record in executive sales leadership in the healthcare staffing industry with deep knowledge and experience with technology platforms and VMS.
- Ability to build and develop high-performing teams and drive succession planning.
- Strong relationship-building skills and experience in maintaining key industry partnerships.
- Excellent understanding of marketing function, messaging core capabilities, and differentiators.
- Experience in sales forecasting, pipeline building, and workforce/system/ knowledge gap identification.
- High-level executive presence and ability to work with and influence Board Members and executive leaders.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and works with a sense of urgency and action bias.
Qualifications
- Over 15 years of senior executive leadership experience in health tech, enterprise software/SaaS, or tech-enabled businesses.
- Extensive experience with healthcare MSP sales
- Deep expertise in the VMS/MSP and healthcare staffing industry technology offerings
- Locums experience
- Proven success in setting and executing multi-year growth strategies
- Experience in a service-based, technology-enabled provider sales environment
- Strong strategic and action-oriented leadership skills.
- Bachelor's degree required
- Travel requirement: Approximately 50%
