Are you a seasoned financial professional with expertise in staffing and SaaS, looking to shape the financial strategy of a high-growth company and drive sustainable growth initiatives?
Our rapidly growing provider of Employer of Record (EOR) and Agent of Record (AOR) solutions, specializing in compliance and contractor payroll across 40+ countries, seeks a strategic Fractional CFO with a deep understanding of staffing and SaaS industries. The ideal candidate will bring not only experience but also a strong network to help build scalable processes, drive our financial strategy, and lead growth initiatives. This role offers the potential for a transition into a full-time position.
As Fractional CFO, you will play a pivotal advisory role within the executive team, shaping financial strategies to ensure sustainable and scalable growth. Leveraging your industry experience and network, you will provide strategic oversight on initiatives that enhance our financial infrastructure, optimize compliance, and prepare for growth opportunities, including M&A.
10+ years staffing and SaaS industry experience required
Location: Flexible. Remote work available. Potential transition to full-time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Financial Advisory: Guide financial strategies to support growth and scalability, positioning for M&A and investment opportunities.
- Industry Expertise & Network Leverage: Utilize your staffing and SaaS knowledge to refine financial models, expand growth potential, and identify valuable resources and partnerships.
- Global Compliance & Tax Oversight: Advise on multi-country tax and regulatory compliance to ensure efficient and compliant global operations.
- Financial Systems Modernization: Provide high-level guidance on selecting and implementing integrated financial tools to enhance reporting, efficiency, and data visibility.
- KPI Development: Advise on key financial metrics aligned with growth objectives, offering data-driven insights and recommendations to leadership.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 10+ years in a senior financial role, with a strong background in staffing and SaaS, ideally with a proven network in these sectors.
- Strategic Acumen: Skilled in providing high-level strategic advice with minimal operational involvement.
- Project & M&A Advisory: Demonstrated experience guiding complex finance projects and preparing for M&A.
Compensation:
- Competitive rate, aligned with experience.
Part-time (remote), with potential for full-time transition; initial 6-12 month engagement.
