Business Development Executive, Staffing Industry - Remote Opportunity
MUST have experience selling staffing into the DATA CENTER vertical
Are you a seasoned sales leader with a passion and desire to shape the future of work force solutions in the data center industry? Join our client as a Senior Sales Executive dedicated to expanding relationships and delivering innovative staffing solutions in this fast-growing sector.
Our client specializes in providing a skilled workforce for every phase of data center and large-scale manufacturing projects — from ground-up construction to ongoing operations.
This role offers the opportunity to lead strategic initiatives, design workforce strategies, and drive revenue growth through large-scale partnerships.is ideal for a driven individual motivated to make a significant impact and drive growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, develop, and close large-scale, long-term staffing opportunities within the data center industry.
- Expand our client's presence in the sector by leveraging existing relationships and industry knowledge.
- Create and maintain a robust pipeline of strategic opportunities to drive business growth.
- Collaborate with clients to design customized workforce solutions that prioritize sustainability and scalability.
- Work closely with leadership and operations teams to ensure seamless program delivery and client satisfaction.
- Consistently achieve or exceed sales goals and gross margin targets to drive organizational success.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of sales experience in staffing, workforce solutions, or a related industry.
- Strong network and established relationships within the data center sector.
- Proven track record of successfully closing long-term, high-value contracts.
- Exceptional ability to build trust and foster long-term partnerships with senior-level decision-makers.
- Self-motivated individual with strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating effectively with internal teams.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base Salary - $100,000 ++ Depending on experience.
- Commission - 10% of Gross Margin and year-end bonus.
- Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, PTO, and retirement plan options, 401K.
