What You’ll Do
- Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong client partnerships to fully understand hiring needs and ensure consistent satisfaction
- Strategic Planning: Design and implement tailored recruitment strategies aligned with client objectives
- Team Collaboration: Lead and work alongside recruiters to ensure successful candidate sourcing and placements
- Client Consultation: Provide expert hiring insights and guidance to help clients make informed, strategic decisions
- Innovative Solutions: Develop creative, forward-thinking recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent
- Business Development: Identify and secure new business opportunities to expand client partnerships and revenue streams
What You Bring
- Proven experience in the staffing industry across any vertical (e.g., finance, HR, legal, administrative, etc.)
- A strategic and consultative approach to client relationship management
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
- Ability to thrive in a competitive, fast-paced, and team-oriented environment
