Senior Business Development Manager – Staffing
Phoenix or Tucson, AZ (Hybrid)
$75K–$125K Base + Uncapped Commission
About the Role
Join a growing staffing firm as a Senior BDM to build and grow client relationships in Phoenix and Tucson. Ideal for a hunter who thrives on autonomy, relationship-building, and results. Player/coach path available.
What You’ll Do

Drive new client acquisition.

80+ weekly outbound touches.

Sell contract, temp-to-hire, and direct hire staffing.

Partner closely with internal recruiters.

Optional player/coach responsibility.
What You Bring
-
3+ yrs of staffing sales experience.
-
Strong communication & self-motivation.
-
Comfortable in both field and office settings.

Leadership experience is a plus.
Comp & Perks

Base: $75K–$100K (up to $125K for player/coach).

Uncapped commission ($100K–$150K+ total comp).
