Regional Business Development & Account Manager – Skilled Trades Sales, Remote
Looking for an experienced Regional Account Manager to join a rapidly expanding skilled trades staffing firm in the US. Responsibilities:
- Generate and develop new customer accounts to increase revenue including cold-calling and client management.
- Cultivating relationships with contractors and subcontractors in primarily an outside sales capacity, coupled with some inside sales activity.
- Maximize account potential and exceed quarter over quarter growth and profitability.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints.
- Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of the latest developments.
- Advanced problem-solving skills with the ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, draw valid conclusions, and make decisions.
- A minimum of three years’ skilled trades staffing focused outside sales experience is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms.
- Ability to quickly build rapport with clients.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Deadline and detail-oriented.
- Excellent follow-up and hyper-responsive.
- Ability to work remote and in the field.
This opportunity offers a base salary range of $60k - $90k, DOE, with additional benefits package and solid commission plan.
