Our client — a top national IT staffing firm — is seeking a bold, results-driven Senior Business Development Manager to help grow their federal vertical out of Irving, TX. You’ll play a critical role in shaping the future of the business, working alongside high-impact leaders and supporting Fortune 500 companies and federal agencies.

Who You Are A fearless closer with a sharp understanding of the IT staffing landscape. You know how to identify high-value clients, open doors, and deliver results — while collaborating with delivery teams and supporting a broader sales strategy. Experience & Skills
- 3+ years of IT staffing sales experience with a history of quota-smashing success.
- Strong cold calling and prospecting skills; fearless in building a book of business from scratch.
- Experience penetrating mid-size to enterprise clients and/or federal programs.
- Skilled in the full sales cycle — from initial contact to negotiation and close.
- Ability to manage and work with recruiting teams to ensure smooth delivery.
- Knowledge of federal procurement, defense, or government contracting (a plus).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or similar (military experience welcome).
- Entrepreneurial self-starter — hungry, proactive, and relentless in pursuit of success.
- Strategic and analytical — able to spot trends, pivot quickly, and capitalize on market changes.
- Strong communicator and relationship-builder with a passion for helping clients win.
- High integrity, accountability, and ownership of results.
