Business Development Executive / Manager – IT Staffing
Charlotte, NC/ Seattle/ Cincinatti - Hybrid in office 3 days a week

We are seeking a results-driven and strategic Business Development Professional with a proven track record of success in IT staffing services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth by offering tailored staffing solutions to enterprise and mid-sized clients.
Key Responsibilities:

Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities in the IT staffing and solutions space.

Generate leads through networking, cold calling, social media, and industry events.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, procurement teams, and HR leaders.

Present company capabilities, service offerings, and value proposition to prospective clients.

Understand client needs and work closely with the recruitment team to deliver suitable candidates.

Negotiate terms, pricing, and service level agreements with clients.

Consistently meet or exceed sales and business development targets.

Maintain an updated pipeline and report activities and forecasts to senior leadership.

Stay informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market developments.
Required Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of business development experience in the IT staffing or recruitment industry.

Demonstrated ability to generate leads, close deals, and achieve sales targets.

Strong understanding of IT job roles, technologies, and staffing processes.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.

Experience with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
