  • Research, qualify, and develop a sales strategy and territory plan intended to secure sales at or above annual quotas.

  • Build relationships and sell at all levels of the organization, with particular strength at the C-suite and financial decision-maker level.

  • Maintain strong understanding of customer financial and operational outcomes; build strategies aligned to operating budgets.

  • Lead and manage RFP/RFQ-driven cycles; develop persuasive written proposals and submissions.

  • Conduct site walks/inspections as part of the sales process.

  • Conduct market research and assess competitive landscape.

  • Maintain impeccable CRM activity, notes, and forecasting.

  • Coordinate in-market meetings and appointments with prospective customers.

  • Partner with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding handoff of new business.

  • Partner with the Contracts Manager to formalize contracted documents.

  • Identify, qualify, and actively lead outsourcing services opportunities in partnership with division leadership.

  • Advocate for “referenceable customers” across service value propositions.

Cultural Leadership & Accountability (20%)

  • Meet and exceed KPIs and activity standards.

  • Communicate pipeline stage changes regularly to sales leadership and team.

  • Demonstrate cultural leadership, accountability, and values-based participation.

Required Qualifications (Non-Negotiable)

  • 3+ years of B2B sales experience in the hospitality sector, selling products or services directly to hotels or related hospitality organizations.

  • Demonstrated ability to navigate a highly competitive, complex selling environment.

  • Strong financial acumen (operating budgets, value justification, and financially-driven selling).

  • Experience managing RFP-driven sales cycles and producing high-quality written proposals (RFPs, RFQs, contracts, customer communications).

  • Comfortable presenting to groups and speaking to large audiences.

  • Proactive prospecting ability, especially with financial decision-makers.

  • Willingness to travel within the U.S. as required.

  • Must be legally eligible to work in the U.S. without current or future visa sponsorship.

  • Strong listening, writing, verbal, organizational, and interpersonal skills; collaborative cross-functional partner.

  • Adaptable and able to learn new software platforms/systems.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous operational experience in hotel/hospitality on-site management (customer service, staffing, or service).

  • Experience selling multi-year service contracts with annual values in the millions.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (365), Adobe Suite, DocuSign; Microsoft Dynamics CRM is a plus.

Compensation

Salary range of $76,500-$107,100 + commission package.
