Job Description
This role offers a $50k base salary with an aggressive commission structure and excellent benefits package.
What you'll do:
- Generate new leads and drive sales in the Light Industrial staffing sector.
- Foster strong client relationships and provide white-glove service.
- Collaborate effectively with recruiters and operations for successful placements.
- Expand client base in the Dallas/Fort Worth territory and nurture long-term relationships.
- Proven experience in B2B outside sales.
- Ability to be a self-reliant and determined team player.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
