Job Description
Client Acquisition Manager - Hybrid in Boston Metro Area
Base Salary: $75,000 - $85,000 plus commission and excellent benefits package
What You'll Do:
- Develop and maintain a database of qualified prospective clients.
- Make outbound calls to move prospects through the sales funnel.
- Conduct outside sales calls throughout the assigned territory.
- Conduct thorough discovery meetings and identify sales opportunities.
- Provide detailed staffing solutions customized for individual client needs.
- Create and deliver sales presentations, negotiate pricing and establish terms of service.
- Achieve weekly metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Consistently close and achieve monthly sales targets.

What You'll Need:
Proven 2-year track record in B2B Sales
- Experience working with a CRM.
- Familiarity with different sales techniques and pipeline management.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skill.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to interface with all levels of management.
- Ability to work independently while still collaborating as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task changing priorities.
- Exceptional customer service skills that develop "clients for life."
