Business Development Manager, LifeScience Staffing - Remote
 Must have  LifeScience Staffing experience 
Sit in MidAtlantic or NorthEast

Our client is a woman owned staffing agency dedicated to serving companies in the biopharmaceutical and life science industries. Established in 2009, they have grown each year to meet the needs of customers and candidates nationwide.

The Business Development Manager Is a critical position that focuses on business development with new clients as well as growth within existing clients. This person must work effectively and cohesively with the recruiting team. The BDM works in a fast-paced team environment that requires persistence, adherence to processes, a high level of organization, and a desire to grow professionally in their career. 

What you’ll do:
  • Create a business development plan based on research conducted by you and ARP.
  • Learn, implement and perfect the ARP Sales Methodology.
  • Develop and work sales leads.
  • Establish, develop and strengthen relationships at key accounts.
  • Create and present talent solutions for prospective customers to meet their hiring demands.
  • Negotiate pricing, timelines and terms.
  • Work with Delivery team to create effective delivery solutions for client’s hiring needs.

Requirements:
  • 2+ years of successful sales experience, specifically new account acquisition.
  • Experience with a proven sales methodology.
  • Experience working with cross functional teams.
  • Experience in a fast paced and accountable environment.
  • Enjoy working as an individual contributor while being part of a team.
  • Experience working with a CRM.

Compensation:100k base+ depending on experience. Commission incentive
