Business Development Manager, Commercial Staffing - Secaucus, NJ

Job Duties:

  • Job Orders Management: Efficiently manage job orders for RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing), Contract, and Direct Hire placements within the Enterprise Sales Division.

  • Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO): Collaborate closely with enterprise clients to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored RPO solutions to meet their requirements.

  • Contract Placements: Facilitate contract placements by sourcing and placing top-tier talent that aligns with our clients' business objectives and cultural fit.

  • Direct Hire Placements: Identify, engage, and onboard high-caliber candidates for direct hire placements within enterprise-level organizations.

  • Recruiter Support: Work closely with dedicated recruiters located in each New Jersey office to support the requisitions they bring in, ensuring a seamless recruitment process from start to finish.


  • Staffing Experience Preferred: While staffing experience is preferred, we also welcome candidates with a strong background in sales and service industries who are eager to transition into the staffing sector.

  • Sales and Service Industry Background: Candidates with sales and service industry experience will find this role particularly rewarding as they leverage their skills to drive recruitment success.
