Job description
Our client, a certified minority owned business, is a growing entrepreneurial staffing agency located on the Northwest side of Chicago. We are currently seeking a driven, self-motivated, customer service-oriented sales representative. Our client grew by 160% in 2019, and plan to continue to grow and impact manufacturing and supply chain industries in the Chicago land area. The ideal candidate will have a clear understanding of the staffing industry and the desire to assist in growing our clientele base while the internal staff works to maintain excellent service for our current clients.
The sales representative allows management to focus on culture and service. A successful sales representative will pay close attention to client needs, environment, and requirements then communicate those specific needs to internal recruiters.
Responsibilities:
- Identify new business opportunities for manufacturing and supply chain/logistics companies.
- Communicate with potential new business door to door, via email, and by phone.
- Cold call potential new business clients
- Serve as a liaison between new manufacturing clients and the operations and recruiting team.
- Effectively communicate the services provided and differentiation from other staffing agencies.
- Set and achieve agreed upon sales targets/goals.
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience selling staffing.
- Proven track record of selling within the Staffing Industry.
- Attention to detail is a MUST.
- Positive attitude.
- Organizational skills.
