Business Development Executive, Healthcare Staffing - Remote

MUST have experience selling Nurse Staffing 

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Hunter to join our fast-growing healthcare staffing client. As a Sales Hunter, you will be responsible for driving sales and expanding their client base in the healthcare staffing industry.  Our client values passion, family, and an open mindset, and we are looking for individuals who share these values.

The Business Development Executive have a successful track record and proven experience in selling talent solutions/bundles to hospitals and healthcare systems. You will have a strategic approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. Driven by research, you will be required to develop and implement a client acquisition plan to ensure desired outcomes and targets are achieved.

What you’ll do:
  • Research and identify insights and new business accounts, opportunities, and areas of growth - including new markets, growth areas, trends, talent solutions, products, marketing.
  • Source and connect with the appropriate contact in an organization.
  • Aim your insights to generate leads and prospective customers; this may include cold calling, direct marketing, and use of the CRM.
  • Meet with and target the right accounts and customers/clients in person or virtually.
  • Discuss and understand the insights, issues, and needs of your customers and be able to respond effectively with a plan and value proposition of how to meet these.
  • Define, plan, and support the roll-out of sales campaigns with marketing and the business.
  • Own, develop, create, and manage a sales database and pipeline.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing and engagements with clients and contacts.
  • Foster relationship and always look for opportunities to increase sales.
  • Accountability for successfully leading and winning local and national clients.

What you need:
  • Proven experience and success in sales, particularly in selling directly to hospitals and healthcare facilities including Assisted Living, Nursing Homes, Schools and Correctional facilities, and others.
  • Strong understanding of the Nurse market and expertise in the healthcare staffing industry.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and work independently.
  • Knowledge of technology systems such as Salesforce, Target Recruit, and proficiency in utilizing communication platforms like Sense (TextUs, Whatsapp, etc.).
  • Familiarity with the SaaS industry and experience working with SaaS companies is a plus.
  • Ability to adapt to different cultures and lead international teams effectively.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and business development opportunities.
  • Strong problem-solving.
