Business Development Representative, Workforce Solutions Staffing

Our client is a provider of workforce solutions including AOR, EOR, payroll, and contingent workforce services. They are known for helping organizations scale talent while managing compliance and cost efficiency.
We’re hiring for a Business Development Representative to drive outbound prospecting efforts and generate new pipeline through high-volume outreach.
What you will do:
- Execute high-volume outbound outreach via calls, email, and LinkedIn
- Build and manage target prospect lists aligned to ICP
- Generate qualified meetings for senior sales leaders
- Develop compelling messaging that drives engagement without brand reliance
- Position workforce solutions including AOR, EOR, payroll, and compliance models
- Research target accounts, industries, and stakeholders
- Identify key business triggers like hiring surges and expansion
- Maintain accurate CRM data and collaborate with sales leadership
What we’re looking for:
- 2+ years of outbound sales or business development experience
- Proven success generating meetings through cold outreach
- Experience in staffing or workforce solutions environments
- Strong communication and prospect engagement skills
- Highly organized with strong follow-through
- Comfortable with high activity volume and rejection
- Self-motivated with a competitive, results-driven mindset
Required skills:
- Cold calling and outbound prospecting
- Sales messaging and positioning
- CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- Account research and targeting
- Pipeline generation
- Required education, training, experience:
- 2+ years outbound sales experience
- Experience in staffing, contingent workforce, or related industry
