Sr BDM - Light Industrial Staffing - DFW
Job Description
Location: Dallas-Fort Worth (DFW); hybrid/field-based. Remote flexibility with strong local market presence required. Travel within territory expected.
Our client is seeking a Senior BDM to drive new business growth and expand market presence.
What you will do:
- Drive new business and build a strong pipeline within Light Industrial staffing.
- Close high-volume deals ($1M+ accounts) and secure new partnerships.
- Manage the full sales cycle while collaborating with internal teams.
- Proven BDM/Sr. BDM experience in staffing (Light Industrial preferred).
- Strong hunter mentality with a track record of building a book of business.
- Ability to manage large territories and exceed revenue targets ($2M+).
- $100K–$110K base + uncapped commission (paid on dollar 1)
- Auto allowance, full benefits, and PTO.
- High-performance culture with autonomy and strong leadership support.
- Work remotely and in the field.
