Business Development Manager - Light Industrial Staffing
Job Description
Location: Austin, TX - hybrid/field-based. Remote flexibility with strong local market presence required. Travel within territory expected.
What you will do:
- Drive new business and build a strong pipeline within Light Industrial staffing.
- Close over $2M+ in new business and secure new partnerships.
- Manage the full sales cycle while collaborating with internal teams.
- Proven BDM experience in staffing (Light Industrial preferred).
- Strong hunter mentality with a track record of building a book of business.
- Ability to manage large territories and exceed revenue targets ($2M+).
- $70K–$90K base + uncapped commission (paid on dollar 1).
- Auto allowance, full benefits, and PTO.
- High-performance culture with autonomy and strong leadership support.

She focuses on staffing Commercial Branch Managers, Business Development Managers and Recruiters in the Staffing Industry. Kamille is a graduate of Northwest Missouri State University – Go Bearcats!
Kamille is a mother and wife, residing in Liberty, Missouri. In addition to helping Staffing Industry Professionals find their next career role, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, knitting, playing with her dogs – Sunny and River, and catching a KC Chiefs game or KC Current match!
