Senior Business Development Manager, Direct Hire - Creative Staffing
Job Description
Full-time remote role with East Coast time zone and hours.
Our client, a national award-winning creative, marketing, and tech workforce solutions agency, is hiring a Sr. Business Development Manager for a full-time remote position focused exclusively on permanent placement services.
Job Requirements:
- 7+ years of staffing industry experience with a strong focus on creative, digital marketing staffing sales revenue generation. 3+ years selling into the creative, marketing, product, or tech verticals.
- Proven success in securing client agreements within mid-market and enterprise accounts from cold outreach to close.
- Demonstrated ability to build and manage a significant book of business aligned to revenue targets.
- Experience negotiating fee agreements and terms of business.
- Proficiency using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM systems, sales enablement platforms, and AI sales tools to drive consultative outreach.
Responsibilities:
- Identify, pursue, and close enterprise and mid-market temp, temp-to-perm and Direct Hire opportunities across marketing, creative, and tech verticals.
- Own the full permanent placement sales lifecycle from strategic outreach and job intake through offer negotiation and placement completion.
- Build and maintain a consistent pipeline of direct hire and contingent Direct Hire opportunities aligned to forecasted revenue goals.
- Engage executive stakeholders within Marketing, Creative, HR, Talent Acquisition, Procurement, and Strategic Sourcing functions.
- Sell consultatively by positioning Profiles as a strategic workforce solutions partner, guiding clients through hiring challenges and AI-driven talent strategies.
This role requires disciplined forecasting, strong executive presence, and the ability to adopt emerging AI sales technologies while conversing confidently with clients about workforce evolution, automation, and AI-related hiring needs.
