Branch Operations Manager, Skilled Trades Staffing
Job Description
Our client, a leader in Skilled Trades and Manufacturing staffing is growing and hiring an experienced Branch Operations Manager to lead a key territory.
What you will do:
- Oversee branch operations, driving recruiting efforts, managing client relationships, and leading a team of recruiters and support staff.
- Hands-on leadership role that requires strong industry knowledge, people management skills, and a client-focused mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of recruiters and administrative staff.
- Oversee full-cycle recruitment for skilled employees.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships through excellent communication and service delivery.
- Develop and execute strategic staffing plans to meet client needs.
- Ensure all branch activities comply with company policies and industry standards.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators and branch goals.
- Foster a positive, results-driven work culture focused on excellence and accountability.
- Ensure accurate and timely billing for all clients.
- Monitor Collections and ensure DSO meets company standard.
Required Qualifications:
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) – Preferred.
- Leadership/management experience in staffing, preferably within skilled trades or industrial sectors.
- Proven success in client relationship management and full-cycle recruitment.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to drive performance and team engagement.

Additional Information:
- Staffing Industry experience- 5 years.
- Bilingual English and Spanish (Preferred).
- Work Location: On-site in Arlington, TX (Required).
- Base Salary 80k+ and Monthly Bonus based on Gross Profit.
