Branch Manager, Staffing - Tulsa, OK
Lead a high-performing branch team to deliver top-tier staffing solutions, drive profitability, and grow market share.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily branch operations, workflow, and team performance.
- Manage budgets, forecasting, P&L, credit, and collections.
- Ensure compliance with all employment, HR, and safety regulations.
- Develop and execute recruiting strategies to maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
- Achieve fulfillment goals and ensure exceptional client satisfaction.
- Build strong client relationships; identify and pursue growth opportunities.
- Represent the company at job fairs, networking events, and community functions.
- Lead hiring, training, and coaching for recruiters and support staff.
- Foster a culture of accountability, communication, and results.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years management & operations experience (staffing preferred).
- Proven success in recruitment, leadership, and client service.
- Skilled in budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and Microsoft Office skills.
- Ability to visit clients and job sites as needed.
- Compensation includes: Base 70k++ and commission incentive.
