We are looking for a strong, self-motivated staffing leader in Oxnard, CA for our award-winning client. This is an excellent opportunity to run a franchise office while leading and building your team!

What You'll Do:
- Continue to cultivate and enhance sales and recruitment strategies with a heavy focus on the local Oxnard market in Light Industrial/Manufacturing staffing.
- Grow your staff in addition to motivating and inspiring your current team.
- Have a keen eye on forecasting and budgeting to grow the profitability of your office.
- Lead by example, rolling up your sleeves and acting as a player/coach as well as a servant leader.
- Drive client partnerships by going above and beyond and forming solid relationships with key stakeholders as well as candidates.
