Branch Manager, Industrial Staffing - Marlborough, MA

Who you are:
  • A highly motivated employee who will bring their all every day and a dynamic and results-driven Recruiting and Sales Manager who will be responsible for leading recruitment efforts and driving sales growth through effective sales strategies and team management.


What you will do:
  • Oversee branch operations and meet established performance goals, including individual, branch, and organizational goals.


Responsibilities include:
  • Develop and implement strategic recruiting plans to attract top talent and meet staffing needs.
  • Collaborate with the team to understand staffing requirements and develop recruitment strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to maximize productivity and sales effectiveness.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Monitor and evaluate sales team performance, implementing corrective actions as needed to  ensure targets are met.
  • Develop and maintain a strong network of clients and prospects to expand the company's customer base.
  • Stay current on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to inform strategic decision-making.


Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Sales, Human Resources, or related field.
  • Proven experience in recruiting, with a strong track record of sourcing and hiring top talent.
  • Demonstrated success in sales management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales and recruitment tools.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Results-oriented mindset, with a focus on driving continuous improvement and achieving measurable outcomes.
