What you’ll do:
- Generate new business through concentrated sales efforts.
- Develop repeat and referral business through service and follow up.
- Actively market available applicants to new and existing clients.
- Ensure ongoing generation of leads by all team members.
- Meet clients on a regular basis, establishing a rapport and maintaining a constant relationship.
- Ensure applicants and employees are treated with the utmost respect.
- Counsel field employees and assist team members with proper handling of counseling situations.
- Help to qualify requisitions and development and implement recruiting efforts.
- Inspire commitment, dedication, and a positive work style promoting team work and integrity.
- Lead by example.
- Effectively coach and counsel staff, following up with positive reinforcement and/or disciplinary action when warranted.
- Promote positive morale by acknowledging the efforts of colleagues and team members.
What you need:
- 3+ years selling in the staffing or related industry.
- A competitive spirit coupled with a positive outlook and team mentality.
- Superb work ethic.
- A Player/Coach approach with the believe of rolling up your sleeves and leading by example.
