5-7 YEARS HEALTH CARE STAFFING EXP.
Our client is one of the largest privately held healthcare staffing firms, with a strong presence across the United States. Looking for a Selling Branch Manager for their NY location.
Must have 5+ years selling healthcare staffing with a focus on direct client relationships.
What you will do:
- Manage sales, recruiting, and client engagement within the local market.
- Leading branch performance to meet revenue and gross margin targets.
- Hiring, developing, and motivating local staff.
- Collaborating with corporate leadership to execute growth strategies.
- Experienced leader with healthcare or staffing background.
- Ideal for candidates who have managed a branch or regional team.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and interest in eventual ownership.
- Excels in local market engagement, business development, and operations management.
- Comfortable navigating growth phases and managing a team.
- $90-$110k base with uncapped commissions.
- Excellent health care and PTO.

Kim brings more than 20 years of staffing industry and search experience to MeeDerby. She leads the day to day operations of MeeDerby supporting the team in placing managers and executives in the staffing industry. Kim is active with the American Staffing Association (ASA), participating in the Women in Leadership Council, The Mentor/Mentee Program, former Chair of the Direct Hire Council and a 2023 advisor to the Women’s Business Colloraberative’s (WBC) Staffing Workstream. Kim is active in her community as a board member with SHIP (Student Homeless Initiative Partnership), is a volunteer dive coach for her son’s highschool and a committee member of BoyScout Troop 278. Prior to joining MeeDerby, Kim spent 15 years with Spherion in leadership and revenue driving roles across multiple staffing verticals.
