Bilingual Recruiter or Sales, Staffing Industry

Job Description
Our client, a leader in the Skilled Trades and Manufacturing staffing is looking for a dynamic Bilingual/Spanish Recruiter to join their team and support their growing needs.
You will serve as a key point of contact for both candidates and clients, ensuring an excellent match and smooth hiring process. In this role you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing qualified candidates into temporary, temp-to-perm, and direct hire positions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and recruit candidates using various platforms (job boards, social media, referrals, etc.).
- Conduct phone and in-person interviews in both Spanish and English.
- Match candidates to job openings based on skills, experience, and client requirements.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and candidates.
- Ensure all documentation and compliance requirements are met.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and job orders using applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Assist with onboarding and orientation for new hires.
- Attend job fairs and community outreach events as needed.
- Provide culturally competent support and guidance to Spanish-speaking candidates.
Qualifications:
- Fluency in both Spanish and English.
- 1-2++ years of recruiting, staffing, or HR experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Familiarity with ATS and CRM tools is a plus.
