Job Description
1–3 years staffing experience required
On-site (Mon–Fri, 8–5) – Vineland, NJ

Our client is a growing light industrial staffing firm known for strong client demand and hands-on leadership.
What you will do:
- Source and recruit for light industrial roles (pick/pack, machine ops).
- Post jobs, screen candidates, and manage ATS (Avionté).
- Run job fairs and build local candidate pipelines.
- Support recruiting across regions as needed.
- 1–3 years staffing experience (LI preferred).
- Bilingual (English/Spanish required).
- Strong sourcing and high-volume recruiting ability.
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Candidate sourcing & pipeline building.
- Job boards + ATS experience.
- Interviewing & screening.
- Event recruiting (job fairs).
- $23/hour + overtime (approx. $45K–$60K).
- No commission, stable base pay.
- Training and direct leadership support.
- Opportunity to grow and build a market.

Kamille has experience recruiting across multiple verticals including industrial, accounting and finance, and office/administrative. She focuses on staffing Commercial Branch Managers, Business Development Managers and Recruiters in the Staffing Industry. Kamille is a graduate of Northwest Missouri State University – Go Bearcats!
Kamille is a mother and wife, residing in Liberty, Missouri. In addition to helping Staffing Industry Professionals find their next career role, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, knitting, playing with her dogs – Sunny and River, and catching a KC Chiefs game or KC Current match!
