Area Director, Light Industrial/Commercial Staffing - Denver, CO

8+ years staffing industry experience required

This role needs to sit in the Denver market and will offer relocation for the right candidate. You can expect to be in between clients and branches.

Our client is a renowned player in the staffing industry, recognized for their commitment to excellence and client satisfaction.

We’re hiring for a dynamic Area Director to oversee our Denver market and drive strategic growth initiatives.

What you will do:
  • Lead and manage two branches with plans to launch a third, focusing on sales, training, client relationships, and operational excellence.
  • Take charge of the entire P&L, spearhead sales efforts, and ensure KPIs are met or exceeded.
  • Foster executive-level relationships and serve as a sales leader within the organization.
  • Directly manage two Branch Managers and an overall headcount of eight.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to acquire and retain quality clients, driving revenue growth.
  • Actively participate in sales meetings, networking events, and client interactions to expand business opportunities.
  • Utilize top-notch leadership and coaching skills to motivate and develop staff, ensuring operational integrity and excellence.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to strategize on overall sales and operations, driving continuous improvement.


What we’re looking for:
  • Proven track record in the staffing industry with at least 8 years of experience.
  • Strong leadership abilities with a focus on sales, operations, and client relationship management.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment while managing multiple priorities.
  • Experience managing P&L, driving sales initiatives, and leading a team to success.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain executive-level relationships.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.

  • Competitive base salary ranging from $110k to $140k, with a bonus potential of $15k to $20k.
