We’re hiring for a dynamic Area Director to oversee our Denver market and drive strategic growth initiatives.
What you will do:
- Lead and manage two branches with plans to launch a third, focusing on sales, training, client relationships, and operational excellence.
- Take charge of the entire P&L, spearhead sales efforts, and ensure KPIs are met or exceeded.
- Foster executive-level relationships and serve as a sales leader within the organization.
- Directly manage two Branch Managers and an overall headcount of eight.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to acquire and retain quality clients, driving revenue growth.
- Actively participate in sales meetings, networking events, and client interactions to expand business opportunities.
- Utilize top-notch leadership and coaching skills to motivate and develop staff, ensuring operational integrity and excellence.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to strategize on overall sales and operations, driving continuous improvement.
What we’re looking for:
- Proven track record in the staffing industry with at least 8 years of experience.
- Strong leadership abilities with a focus on sales, operations, and client relationship management.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment while managing multiple priorities.
- Experience managing P&L, driving sales initiatives, and leading a team to success.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain executive-level relationships.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
