Account Manager, Workforce Solutions Staffing

Open / Remote flexibility (travel as needed for client engagement)

Must have  Account Management or Sales experience in  AOR, EOR, payroll, and/or contingent workforce solutions.

Our client is a leading provider of AOR, EOR, payroll, and contingent workforce solutions. They are known for delivering compliant, scalable workforce programs while providing exceptional client service and strategic insight.

We’re hiring for an Account Manager to own and grow a portfolio of key client accounts while ensuring operational excellence and long-term partnership success.

What you will do:
  • Manage and grow client relationships across HR, Procurement, Finance, and Talent Acquisition stakeholders
  • Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and ongoing client governance cadences
  • Drive retention and expansion through proactive engagement and value delivery
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams (Operations, Payroll, Compliance, Implementation) to ensure seamless execution
  • Identify upsell and expansion opportunities across workforce solutions offerings
  • Monitor performance metrics, SLAs, and issue resolution to ensure client satisfaction
  • Provide executive-level reporting and translate data into actionable insights

What we’re looking for:
  • 3+ years of experience in staffing, workforce solutions, or related services (AOR, EOR, payroll, MSP/VMS)
  • Proven ability to retain and grow client accounts
  • Experience leading QBRs and managing structured client governance
  • Strong relationship-building skills across multiple stakeholder groups
  • High attention to detail with strong organizational and operational skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with executive presence

  • Required education, training, experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Experience working with enterprise or mid-market clients
  • Familiarity with tools such as Excel, reporting dashboards, and ATS/VMS platforms
