Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Manage client relationships within MSP/VMS programs, specializing in the pharma sector.
- Lead and manage a recruitment team focused on delivery and service excellence.
- Own portfolio and drive delivery in a high-paced environment.
- Develop and implement strategies to upscale the team and improve delivery processes.
- Focus on key Life Sciences Accounts.
- Collaborate with MSP representatives to enhance relationships and optimize delivery outcomes.
- Drive new business development efforts in the pharma sector.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5.5 years of experience in recruitment and client delivery, preferably in the pharma industry.
- Strong understanding of MSP/VMS programs and vendor-neutral MSP structures.
- Proven track record in managing client relationships and leading delivery-focused teams.
- Ability to work with speed to requirements and sense of urgency in placing candidates.
- Experience in managing large accounts and scaling recruitment operations.
