What You’ll Be Doing

Drive new business development across the Chicago market — prospecting, pitching, and closing clients

Partner with an experienced Recruiter to ensure successful fulfillment of client needs

Leverage personal and company networks to connect with key decision-makers, including C-level executives
What You Bring

3+ years of IT staffing sales experience with a focus on contract/consulting

Proven ability to independently land and grow accounts

Strong communication, negotiation skills, and a consultative sales approach

She enjoys making memories through travel, cooking, music, staying active, spending time outside, and catching a football game. Lauren is dedicated and passionate about staying in a positive mindset. She enjoys inner ‘soul work’ through the practices of breathwork and meditation.
