Account Executive, Staffing Industry - Carlsbad, CA (On-site, Full Time)
Are you a driven sales professional ready to take your staffing career to the next level? Our client, a well-established staffing firm with over 35 years of success, is expanding its sales team and seeking an Account Executive to help grow and deepen client relationships across Southern California.
This is a high-visibility opportunity to join a respected company with strong leadership, a loyal client base, and the resources to support your professional growth.
What You’ll Do:
- Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities within target industries.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.
- Partner with recruiting teams to deliver tailored workforce solutions.
- Conduct client meetings, site visits, and presentations to showcase company capabilities.
- Meet and exceed sales targets through strategic planning and consistent outreach.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven track record of business development success in staffing or workforce solutions.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Highly motivated, relationship-focused, and goal-oriented.
- Must be willing to work on-site in Carlsbad, CA (Monday–Friday) with regular visits to existing and prospective clients.

Lauren obtained her bachelor’s degree in human resources from Grand Valley State University. Outside of work, Lauren enjoys adventures with her family. She enjoys making memories through travel, cooking, music, staying active, spending time outside, and catching a football game. Lauren is dedicated and passionate about staying in a positive mindset. She enjoys inner ‘soul work’ through the practices of breathwork and meditation.
