What they need:
- An experienced Account Manager to support existing customer relationships and establish new customer logos. This role requires dynamic customer acquisition and business development techniques. The ideal candidate will have experience building relationships with various customer personas and account landscapes, including executive leadership, economic buyers, and individual influencers.
What you’ll do:
- Establish long-term relationships with customers through a consultative approach.
- Learn and present company’s proprietary data to help customers navigate the marketplace.
- Present at conferences and networking groups with a target ICP focus.
- Collaborate with peers, Account Managers, Recruiting Managers, Shared Services team members, and Leadership on strategies and ideas to grow the business.
- Source new customer leads through LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Zoom Info, and other outlets.
- Respond to inbound customer leads generated from the company platform.
- Meet daily and weekly activity metrics, calls, events, new business, and gross profit targets.
- Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR) with customers to continuously improve.
- Present SWOT analysis for Senior Leadership on territory and key account portfolio.
- Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.
- Utilize Salesforce to create sales cadences, document activity, and track progress within leads, opportunities, accounts, and contacts.
- Stay open to feedback and development.
- Build internal relationships and support company initiatives.
What you need:
- Outside sales experience in a business-to-business or enterprise sale environment.
- 4+ years of experience in IT staffing or services sales.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal skills, and high integrity.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and growth mindset.
- Organizational skills and high attention to detail with fast follow-up.
- Time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Ability to function well in a fast-paced and agile environment, collaborating effectively with team members and staying proactive.
- Strong work ethic and openness to trying new business techniques.
- Proficiency with Salesforce is a significant plus.
- Experience in a fast-paced customer service or sales environment.
- Previous startup experience preferred but not required.
- Experience working effectively both remotely and in-office.

Compensation:
- $70-120k plus uncapped commission plan.
- Weekly commission.
- Quarterly Bonuses.
- Annual uncapped bonuses.
- Incentive Trip.
