Technical Account Executive (SOW / Managed Services Focus)
Hybrid opportunity in Philadelphia, Malvern, or Media PA
We are seeking a high-performing Technical Account Executive to drive new business and expand existing accounts through Statement of Work (SOW), project-based solutions, and managed services.
This is a hunter role focused on identifying client needs, shaping project solutions, and closing high-value engagements.
What You’ll Do:

Prospect and develop new client relationships.

Identify and close SOW, project-based, and managed services opportunities. You may also sell staff aug and Direct Hire in IT Staffing

Partner with clients on IT initiatives, project delivery, and workforce strategy.

Create and present SOW proposals (scope, deliverables, timelines, pricing).

Collaborate with recruiting and delivery teams to execute solutions.

Grow existing accounts and drive long-term partnerships.
What You Bring:

3+ years of sales experience in IT services, consulting, or staffing.

Proven success selling SOW / project-based / managed services solutions.

Strong ability to scope, position, and close solution-based deals.

Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

Track record of exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.

*This position offers a base salary range between $120k - $175k with an excellent benefits package and strong incentive opportunity.
