Account Executive, Staffing

What you’ll do:
- Sell new business in the local market focused on IT Staffing.
- Hit Gross Margin goals of $6K/week by month 18 and $8K/week by month 24.
- Work closely with the Recruiting team on qualifying reqs and presenting candidates.
- Utilize your network and referrals as well as cold calling to build your sales funnel.
- Negotiate hourly pay rates and bill rates and close sales.
What you need:
- Minimum 2 years of selling Information Technology Staffing, or 3+ years selling professional staffing.
- Direct and respectful communication while being inquisitive.
- A hunter and competitive mentality, and a desire to be the best in the business.
