Job Description
We are looking for Account Executives interesting in working for an early-stage staffing and solutions start up in the Chicago market. This is an excellent time to join a company in growth-mode where you can carve your career path and be a part of the founding story!
What you’ll do:
- Sell new business in the Chicagoland market focused on IT Staffing and/or Managed Services.
- Hit Gross Margin goals of $10K/week in the first year.
- Work closely with the Recruiting team on qualifying reqs and presenting candidates.
- Utilize your network and referrals as well as cold calling to build your sales funnel.
- Negotiate hourly pay rates and bill rates and close sales.
What you need:
- Minimum 2 years of selling Information Technology Staffing, or 3+ years in IT Staffing with the desire to move into sales.
- Direct and respectful communication while being inquisitive.
- A hunting and competitive mentality, and a desire to be the best in the business.
