Business Development Manager, IT Staffing - Remote
8+ years staffing industry experience required
Remote position in with occasional travel in and around the Chicago market.

Our client is a leading provider of IT Staffing Services with a strong presence in the Chicago area and expanding nationally.
We’re hiring for a Business Development Manager to sell our portfolio of staffing services.
What you will do:
- Schedule and attend onsite client meetings in Chicago.
- Build and strengthen relationships with hiring managers, decision-makers, and stakeholders.
- Increase headcount, revenue, and gross margins from existing accounts.
- Execute a multi-faceted prospecting plan through various channels.
- Partner with the Recruiting Team to ensure success with client-candidate relationships.
- What we’re looking for:
- 8+ years of client-facing role in IT Staffing industry.
- Experience selling to corporate CIOs, VPs, IT Directors, and Business Unit Leads.
- Excellent planning, time management, and presentation skills.
- Thorough understanding of metrics to meet and exceed business development goals.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Required skills:
- BA/BS Degree or equivalent industry experience.
