Who You Are You’re a relationship-builder, closer, and problem-solver — all rolled into one. You’ve mastered the art of prospecting and presenting tailored solutions, and you thrive in a fast-paced, commission-driven environment. Experience & Skills
- 3+ years of successful IT staffing sales experience with a strong track record in prospecting and closing (required).
- Proven top-performer — your results speak for themselves (awards, quota achievements, etc.).
- Existing network of decision-makers within NYC-area Fortune 1000, utilities, or government (preferred).
- Highly driven and goal-oriented — you set the bar high and beat it.
- Entrepreneurial and motivated by performance, not safety nets.
- Proactive self-starter who thrives without micromanagement.
- Values relationships, authenticity, and helping others succeed.
- Creative, solutions-oriented thinker with solid business instincts.
- Grounded in integrity, grit, and personal accountability.

Lauren obtained her bachelor’s degree in human resources from Grand Valley State University. Outside of work, Lauren enjoys adventures with her family. She enjoys making memories through travel, cooking, music, staying active, spending time outside, and catching a football game. Lauren is dedicated and passionate about staying in a positive mindset.
