Business Development Manager / Account Manager, A&F Staffing - Remote, Denver market
Join our client, A&F Staffing, a dynamic and fast-growing staffing agency providing tailored workforce solutions that help businesses grow and professionals thrive. We’re seeking an ambitious, results-driven Business Development Manager to drive client acquisition and revenue growth.
In this role, you’ll identify new business opportunities, build strategic relationships, and expand our presence across targeted industries—working with an established network of CFOs and finance executives. If you have a strong B2B sales background (preferably in staffing or recruiting) and a passion for solving workforce challenges, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop new business opportunities through networking, outreach, and industry events
- Build and strengthen relationships with existing clients
- Understand client needs and deliver tailored staffing solutions
- Partner with recruiters to ensure successful candidate delivery
- Conduct presentations, negotiate contracts, and close business deals
- Consistently meet and exceed activity and sales goals
- Track sales activities and client interactions in the CRM
- Stay current on industry trends, labor market data, and competitors
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management (staffing/recruiting a strong plus)
- Experience working with C-suite executives (CFO, CAO, CHRO, CEO)
- Proven success meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and independent worker
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- CRM experience (Salesforce, Bullhorn, HubSpot) a plus
