Staffing Sales / Account Executive, Professional Staffing
Fantastic opportunity working in the Professional Services division of a 34 year old staffing firm based in Northern Virginia.
Candidates MUST possess the following:
- Experience selling professional staffing, such as HR, Marketing, Legal, A&F or Administrative in the DC Metro region
- Proven success in business development of both contract and direct hire staffing solutions
- Ability to self-motivate and meet assigned goals and objectives for the role
- Desire to find a long term opportunity with a defined career path
- Exceptional job tenure
- Resourcefulness and in-depth knowledge of staffing account management and territory management
- Ability to thrive and operate under ambiguity and contribute to the development of formal processes
Compensation includes a competitive base salary plus commission plan.
