The ideal candidate will be adept at the following:
- Overseeing the day-to-day branch operations of a Light Industrial Staffing firm.
- Providing exceptional customer service to a diverse client and candidate portfolio.
- Executing the organization’s recruiting processes to ensure that we are cultivating the best talent in the market.
- Ensuring all job orders are filled and that we have high levels of visibility and communication with all clients.
- Guiding and developing internal staff on a variety of staffing, customer service, recruiting, and best practices to enable them to advance within the organization.
- Motivating, evaluating, and developing branch employees through training and mentorship.
- Partner with sales and partners on leads, pricing, and proposals on a daily and weekly basis.
- Help to drive continued strategic growth of the branch in the market.
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in the Staffing Industry.
- Experience managing and providing support to an internal team of recruiters and support personnel.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team setting.
- Exceptional organization and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Significant experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and prior use of applicant tracking/data management software a plus.
- Experience managing and maintaining an ATS/CRM.
