Recruiting Manager, IT Staffing and Solutions
Hybrid, Parsippany, NJ
Must have Offshore Delivery leadership experience.
Our client, an end-to-end IT solutions and services company offering creative Software Outsourcing, Offshore Development, and onsite staffing, seeks a Manager of Recruiting. They provide Outsourced Product Development services and customized software solutions to enterprises with special and unique needs. Head quartered out of Parsippany, NJ, they have an overseas Global Development Center in India.
What you will do:
- Manage Recruiting Manager Offshore who currently manages (10) resources.
- Review candidate submittals and recruit when needed.
- Actively screen candidates prior to submissions
- Engage with clients on an as needed basis.
Must have:
- 5+ years ideally experience working with offshore teams.
- Recruiting leadership experience.
- Person should be very proactive on suggesting new technologies, ex. AI tools for efficiency.
- Self-starter, high-energy, can-do attitude
- Highly collaborative and compassionate regarding other cultures.
What you will get
- Base salary 90k plus bonus.
Work Hybrid- minimum 2 days in the office.
