They're hiring for a Director of Account Management to oversee a team of 6 in an upskilling effort.
What you will do:
- Lead a team of Account Managers for international business growth
- Manage revenue base and drive client engagement
- Implement retention strategies and execute business plans
What we're looking for:
- 7+ years of staffing industry experience
- Strong background in clinical and high-level client relations
- Proven track record of revenue growth and team leadership
Required skills:
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics and relevant systems
- Bachelor's degree in related field
