Job Description
Our client is seeking a highly skilled Sales Director to be a part of their dynamic East Coast team. The successful candidate will have 5-7 years of industry experience and a solid history in business development.
In this role, you will be instrumental in driving sales and expanding the client base, while working collaboratively with the recruitment team to meet and exceed client expectations.
Responsibilities:
- Actively source, identify, and engage with potential clients to create new business opportunities.
- Develop and execute sales strategies that align with company objectives.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline through effective lead generation, research, and networking.
- Understand client needs comprehensively, articulate our client's value proposition, and tailor solutions to meet those needs.
- Negotiate and finalize deals, ensuring win-win outcomes
- Build and sustain long-term client relationships to foster repeat business and partnerships.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
- Stay informed about market trends and competitors to identify opportunities and threats.
- Represent our client at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to increase brand visibility.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5 to 7 years of sales experience in the staffing industry, with a focus on team leadership and new business development.
- Proven ability to guide teams in prospecting and securing new business.
- Excellent negotiation skills and experience managing complex sales cycles.
- Ability to engage with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
