As a Regional Manager, you will:
- Achieve sales and profit goals while leading, managing and coordinating all aspects of sales, account management, recruiting and overall operations.
- Cultivate strong client relationships by meeting with clients to understand their needs and address them through customized staffing solutions.
- Create long term strategies that center around hiring, training, and guiding your team.
- Set staffing sales and operations targets while being hands on with your team to help them achieve these goals.
- Educate clients and staff on industry trends, assist with the preparation of Business Reviews, and develop relationships with corporate managers and support staff.
- Command of the budget process and execution of the budget with responsibility over the P&L for the region.
- Provide continuous and consistent coaching, counseling, and disciplinary documentation through ongoing training.
What you need:
- Experience setting sales and account manager objectives and developing pricing models and proposals.
- Ability to develop and lead training of sales and recruiting teams to enhance the skill levels of all producers.
- 5+ years of management experience in the staffing industry.
- Strong customer service, problem-solving and communication skills.
- Acute affinity for business development and a desire to increase business opportunities in your market by being actively involved in the business development initiatives.
- Ability to travel as needed.
