Business Development Manager, Professional Staffing - Indianapolis, IN
The main goals in this role are to increase the sales, profitability and revenue of the company. You will have to establish new networks and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Responsibilities:
- Generating leads, both via professional relationships and other sources. Maintain an active target account list of viable prospects and qualified leads.
- Developing relationships with hiring managers, generating viable, quality contract, contract to hire and direct hire orders, and managing open job orders from intake to fulfillment.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's Degree.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in B2B sales in the staffing industry.
- Proven success in achieving and/or exceeding performance goals.
- Work effectively in a team environment and have strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Possess excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
- Should be able to prioritize work and possess excellent time management skills.
- Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new systems are a must.
Base Salary is $65,000 - $70,000 DOE plus commission opportunitiy and excellent benefits package.
